  • How can I change my trading account password?

    To change your trading account password, just log into your trading platform. Go to ‘Tools’ and then ‘Options’. Click on the ‘Change’ button under the server tab and enter your current and a new password.

  • Why can't I log into my MT4 demo account?

    Demo accounts automatically expire after thirty days. Demo trading is a valuable tool and you are welcome to register for as many demo accounts as you like. If you receive the error message "account invalid", then your demo account has likely expired. To continue demo trading, please register for a new demo account.

  • How can I change my Personal Page password?

    You can reset your Personal Page password online at Client Login page. Go to “Personal Details” and then “Change Personal Page password”. Enter your current and a new password. If you do not remember your current Personal Page password, you can also restore it there. To recover your password you must provide one of the following: Personal Page number or Email or Mobile. A temporary password will be sent to you by Email or Mobile and can be changed after you log in.

    Please note that you cannot change the MetaTrader trading terminal password by this method. The trading terminal password can be changed only in the trading terminal.

  • May I send cash or a cash equivalent such as a money order or Travelers Cheque?

    Cash and cash equivalents cannot be accepted as we are unable to verify the origin of these funds. They will be returned upon receipt.

  • What are the fees for depositing funds?

    Neither Bank of TeleTrade nor TeleTrade charge fees for incoming deposits. We recommend you contact your bank regarding any fees they or their associated intermediary banks may charge.

  • How long does the deposit process take?

    For Wire Transfer, Cashier Order and Credit Card, they take approximately 1-2 business days, often less to process.

  • How can I send funds in a currency not listed on your website?

    TeleTrade has funding instructions for multiple currencies. If you wire funds in a currency other than the denomination of that bank account, the bank will automatically convert it to the denominated currency at an exchange rate specified by them, which may not necessarily be favourable.

  • What is considered a "third party" deposit?

    Deposits received from an account in a different name and/or held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios.

  • Does Teletrade accept third party deposits?

    No. TeleTrade cannot accept any payments via a third party. When third party funds be received, we can neither guarantee the receipt nor the return of such payments.

  • I would like to send funds using a different method other than the options you provided. How can I do this?

    The deposit choices that TeleTrade offers have been selected to provide the most convenient and reliable options to fund your account. Any method other than those listed is not recommended and could prevent or cause delays in TeleTrade crediting the funds to your account.

  • Can I send funds through an exchange house?

    TeleTrade cannot accept funds sent through exchange houses. These types of financial institutions are considered high-risk for money laundering. Any funds received via this method will be returned upon receipt.

  • What is the withdrawal procedure when an account is funded by credit or debit card?

    Accounts funded via credit or debit card will be required to receive withdrawals via the same credit or debit card. Please note that the credit card used for funding will be the same card used to return fund to when a withdrawal is requested.

  • Will my credit card deposit be considered a cash advance?

    Card deposits will appear on your card issuer's statement as a "purchase."

  • Will I receive a transaction receipt for my credit or debit card deposit?

    Within minutes of making a deposit, an e-mail containing your transaction information will be sent to the e-mail address as indicated on the online deposit form.

  • My credit or debit card deposit was declined, but my card has been charged. What should I do?

    If your card transaction was declined, the transaction should be lifted from your account normally within a few business days.

  • Will I be charged a fee for currency conversion?

    Credit or debit card transactions are converted to the base currency of your TeleTrade trading account when applicable. You may incur additional fees charged by your credit/debit card issuer for currency conversion.

  • Can I use my Visa Prepaid card or a Gift card to fund my TeleTrade account if my name appears on it and it has a Visa logo?

    Please do not send funds using a Prepaid or Gift Card. The origin of funds using gift cards or prepaid cards cannot be verified and therefore are not accepted. Deposits received in this manner will be returned to the originating card.

  • How long will it take for my wire deposit to arrive?

    Domestic wire transfers generally arrive within 1-2 business days. International wire transfers are usually received within 3-5 business days.

  • How do I withdraw funds?

    It's fast and easy to withdraw funds from your Teletrade trading account. For your convenience, withdrawal requests are submitted online.

    To withdraw funds, please log into "My TELETRADE" and click on "Withdraw Funds". A withdrawal request can be submitted online by selecting your withdrawal method and clicking "Submit".We will process your withdrawal request within one to two business days whenever possible.The available withdrawal options and time frames to receive funds are:

    Credit or Debit Card:

    Time frames will vary depending on the credit card issuer and may take up to one billing cycle to post back to the credit or debit card used for funding.

    Bank Wires:

    Domestic bank wires take about one to two business days and international bank wires take about three to five business days, often less, to arrive.

    If you funded your account with a credit card or debit card, it is required to withdraw the principal amount (deposit amount) back to your credit card. The credit card issuer may take from five business days to one billing cycle (approximately thirty days) to post back to the credit or debit card used for funding. When requesting a withdrawal to a credit card, please consider if that card is closed, expired, or a different credit card number has been issued, to choose an alternative method of withdrawal. Returning funds to a closed account can cause a significant delay in receiving funds, and TeleTrade cannot guarantee a time frame in which funds will be received if the requested withdrawal amount is initiated to a closed account. There are no fees for withdrawals by credit or debit card. A small withdrawal fee will be charged for all bank wire requests.

  • How can I send my documentation to Teletrade?

    You may submit your documents as scanned images (JPG, GIF, BMP, DOC, PDF-no password protection please) to our customer services department at cs@ttrade-asia.com.

  • My documents are not in English. Will this be a problem?

    TeleTrade has CS team available to translate documents in many languages. In the instance an in-house translator is not available, you may be asked to provide a certified English translation of submitted documentation.
